As a pioneer in electronic data capture (EDC), Phase Forward fundamentally transformed the way clinical trial data are collected, analyzed and managed. Their integrated suite of software applications has streamlined the drug development process for pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and regulatory agencies.
Our Role
We began working with Phase Forward in 2006, becoming instrumental in the creation of a more unified, comprehensive branding strategy. We created the new corporate tag and theme, "Proven as a leader. Trusted as a Partner" to highlight their market leadership position as well as their role as an end-to-end solutions provider.
Our work included a complete redesign of their corporate website to improve usability and increase viewer engagement. From that platform, we created collateral, online ads, interactive displays, branding for international conferences, and a 20x30 booth to enhance their presence at trade shows.
As the Phase Forward product line expanded through multiple acquisitions and updates, we maintained and enhanced their brand, working closely with their international offices as well.
